Volunteer Application (PDF file) - this is the paper version of what is on our registration site Volunteer Up. You may print this out if you do not have access to the internet and we will post it in our database. The Volunteer Coordinator for the build site you choose will be able to sign you up on-line for the available dates you select.

Please review the safety checklist on the back of this document before coming on-site.

A waiver must be filled out for EACH site that you work. These will also be available at the work site.

*NOTE: Please print this out and if you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian sign it. PLEASE bring this safety waiver WITH YOU to the site, do NOT mail it into the office as the waivers need to be kept on-site and bringing it with you the first day you work on-site will help with your registration process. Once you have brought it to the site, it is filed there.
